Stephen Minogue

Investment Director

Stephen joined MML Ireland in 2016. Prior to this, he spent over seven years as a Senior Manager with IBI Corporate Finance, the corporate finance advisory arm of Bank of Ireland Group. At IBI, Stephen worked on a broad range of M&A and strategic assignments for both publicly listed and private companies. Stephen is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.

What is it like to work for MML?

We have great team, and the work is really interesting and very varied. My time is split between portfolio companies and new investment opportunities. Being able to work with a wide variety of companies over several years is the best part of the job.

What type of companies are you excited about?

Companies on a growth trajectory with passionate management teams. We partner with people – working with enthusiastic, driven management teams really excites me. There’s an immense satisfaction from helping a company to achieve its full growth potential.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

I love spending time with family and friends. I like to go travelling and I try to keep fit by going to the gym. Life outside MML has gotten a lot busier recently with a new baby!
