The business

Medserv is an Irish healthcare administration and technology specialist, working with doctors, hospitals, healthcare providers and facilities across multiple specialties to reduce administrative complexity.

The deal

Medserv is the leading revenue cycle management (“RCM”) provider for healthcare providers across Ireland and the UK.  The Company operates a custom-built platform with integrations into major hospital systems and insurers, delivered by c.400 direct staff across offices in Ireland, the UK and Poland. 

The company was looking for an investment partner to help scale the business through investment in its technology platform and expand existing services and geographies. As part of the deal, MML partnered with the founder shareholder, Cormac Loughrey, and the wider Medserv team to create an appropriate capital structure to help build upon Medserv’s reputation and leading position within the market.
