In a rapidly evolving global landscape, we see responsible investment as more than risk management – it is a driver of resilience, innovation and long-term growth. Our 2024 report highlights how this approach continues to drive meaningful progress across our business and portfolio.
Key developments include:
- Enhanced regulatory alignment and transparency: 2024 marked the submission of our first SFDR Principal Adverse Impact disclosures, alongside continued alignment with the ESG Data Convergence Initiative (EDCI) to improve data quality and comparability across private equity.
- Strengthened performance across international benchmarks: We achieved a 5% improvement in our UN PRI score, remaining above the median across all relevant categories – a strong endorsement of our responsible investment approach and the positive ESG progress within our portfolio companies.
- Portfolio-wide climate and ESG integration: Following our TCFD-aligned climate risk assessment in 2023, we continued to embed climate-related insights and ESG performance tracking across our portfolio through our bespoke digital ESG Performance Tracker.
- Recognition for leadership and culture: Continued recognition as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 (UK – Small) and finalist in the Real Deals Awards: ESG Champion of the Year (Mid-Cap)
