Irish HomeCare is a leading provider of domiciliary care across Ireland.
Irish HomeCare was established in 2005 in the northeast of Ireland but has grown to become a national provider operating from ten offices with an excess of 750 care staff across the country. The company has a proven track record in quality of care, a blue-chip customer base and very strong industry dynamics. MML Ireland worked with the CEO, John Florence, to unlock the deal, investing alongside John and the management team to acquire the business from the founders. Since investing, MML Ireland has created a sweet equity pot for the wider management team, established a new non-executive board structure, including a Chairman, and recruited a new CFO.
