Innopharma is the largest private life science higher education institution in Ireland with courses being delivered nationwide across Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. Its Education Division upskills and reskills over 1,700 learners annually and its Technical Services Division selects and trains technical contractors to the highest regulatory standards.

Innopharma was looking for a partner with experience of working with, and helping to grow, dynamic scaling businesses. Preserving company culture and team was of critical importance and MML Ireland’s track record in providing the guidance and professionalisation required to expand and scale were a key component of the plan.
As part of the deal, MML partnered with the founder shareholder, Dr. Ian Jones, DunPort Capital Management, Orla Callan, Luke Kiernan and the wider Innopharma team in order to create an appropriate capital structure and set a platform for success in expanding in Ireland and internationally.
