MML Ireland has announced a successful exit from its investment in Eastland Engineering Supplies (EES), a leading Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) integrated supply chain service provider with a blue-chip client base to Vallen Distribution, a portfolio company of Nautic Partners. Specific terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.

We are delighted to see MML Ireland portfolio company, Vyta, receive the highest business honour as one of four Northern Ireland companies to win a King’s Award for Enterprise and one of two to win in the 2024 Sustainable Development category.

We are delighted to have invested in Mainport Shipping Limited, an integrated marine services business that charters survey support vessels to global geo data specialists in the international offshore energy sector.
